KIMBERLY NEUHAUS, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Certified Passive House Designer
Kim has a B.A. in urban studies from Columbia University and a M. Arch from the University of Pennsylvannia. She founded NDA in 1998 after working in NYC for Baxt Associates Architects (now Baxt/Ingui) and for Buttrick, White, Burtis. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.

Bijan has a B.Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and is a certified horticulturist through the New York Botanical Garden. Previous experience includes working for architecture and landscape architecture firms in NYC.

Lauren has a B.A. in architecture and business minor from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her M. Arch degree from Columbia University, and was also a recipient of a School Service Award. Her past experience includes working at architecture firms in Washington DC and Honolulu, Hawaii.

Bandit was adopted from the Brooklyn Animal Care Center in 2008. He likes to spend his days at the office sleeping under desks.
