27 Jul Five Story Brownstone
Our five story brownstone renovation project is moving into the finishing stages! This is a project that spent several years on the drawings boards and started construction in August of 2017. After many months of salvaging existing woodwork, structural rehabilitation, re-framing walls and all new electrical, plumbing and mechanical system installations we are ready to see the beautiful finishes the clients selected go into place. On the upper three levels we have custom millwork cabinetry being installed and tile and stone being set in the new bathrooms. Painting and wood floor finishing is schedule for early fall. A large majority of the original wood moldings, fireplace mantels and stair components will also be refinished to their original splendor. We are looking forward to sharing more interior photos as the project continues to move through the finishing stages.
